根据教育部联合其他四部门发布的规定,实习学生的工资不得低于相同岗位正式员工试用期工资标准的80%。

教育部称,这是首个有关实习学生报酬底线的规定,旨在避免学生沦为廉价劳动力、被用人单位剥削。
Vocationalschoolsandemployershiringinternsarealsoforbiddenfromchargingdepositsofanykind,includingsalarycommissionsandmanagementfees,theregulationsaid.
规定要求,职业院校和实习单位不得向学生收取实习押金、管理费或者其他形式的实习费用。
Studentinternsshouldaccountfornomorethan20percentoftotalemployeesinacompany,andinternshipsinentertainmentvenuessuchasbars,nightclubsandbathcentersarestrictlyprohibited,accordingtotheregulation.
在具体岗位顶岗实习的学生人数不高于同类岗位在岗职工总人数的20%。该规定还严禁安排学生到酒吧、夜总会、洗浴中心等营业性娱乐场所实习。
Interns,vocationalschoolsandemployersmustsignatripartiteagreementbeforetheinternshiptodrawclearlinesofresponsibilityandprotectstudents'rights.
此外,规定还指出,在学生实习之前,职业学校、实习单位、学生应三方签订协议,以此来明确各方的责任,保护学生的权利。
