At least three women were killed and nine other people were wounded in an explosion at a busy shopping center in the Colombian capital Bogota on Sunday.
"With our presence we are showing that we totally reject terrorism in our country and in any part of the world. We do this in solidarity with the victims who were killed by the terrorist attack, we hope that the authorities will find who was responsible,” said Maria Victoria Vargas, a local resident.
As CGTN’s Toby Muse reports, there are various theories about who is behind the attack but no conclusion has been reached.
