Singapore is holding its first car-free Sunday on 28 February, with special family-friendly activities to be held in the morning.
新加坡将于2月28日开始试行“无车星期天”计划，28日当天上午还将举行专门的家庭聚会活动。
On the last Sunday of every month from 28 Feb to 31 Jul, selected roads in the Civic District and Central Business District (CBD) will be closed from 7am to 9am to form a car-free zone that stretches for about 4.7km.
自2月28日至7月31日，每月的最后一个星期天，市政区及中央商务区的指定路段将在早上7时至9时全面封路，届时将形成一条全长约4.7公里的“无车区”。
The purpose: To encourage Singaporeans and visitors to explore the Civic District on foot. This 4.7km stretch will also host a series of cultural, fitness, food and family-friendly events during car-free Sunday.
“无车星期天”旨在鼓励本国民众及游客步行活动。当天，无车区还将举行一系列的文化、健身美食、及家庭聚会活动。
