US President Barack Obama says he may be about to rein in some of the National Security Agency’s data collection programs.
Speaking at an end of year press conference in Washington, he told reporters that one of the recommendations he’s considering is stripping the NSA of its ability to store data in its own facilities. And instead, shift that storage to private phone companies.
