Chinese, ASEAN FMs approve framework of Code of Conduct in S

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi says that China and ASEAN Foreign Ministers have approved a framework of Code of Conduct in the South China Sea, Xinhua News Agency reports.

Wang arrived in the Philippine capital of Manila on Saturday for meetings with his counterparts from the Southeast Asian bloc.
