It took just 3.5 seconds for the bridge to come down after explosives were detonated at 4:13 am on Sunday. It will be replaced by a new bridge spanning 150 meters long. It will be 26 m wide, allowing 16 m for cars to pass and a 5-m-wide path for pedestrians on each side.
