For Chinese, this year's Lantern Festival celebrations will be a wet one for most.
The national Meteorological Center forecasts most of the south will see rainy days for the rest of the week, with heavy rounds on Monday, and from Thursday to Friday.
Authorities have warned of low visibility on the roads in Tibet and Qinghai in the west, and Sichuan in the southwest.
And that's not all. A round of cold air is coming to the north, with the northeast region expecting snow today.
